Changed demography of Kashmir has created secessionism
By S Chandrasekhar -www.organiser. org
JANATA Party President Dr Subramanian Swamy called for implementation of ‘Shariat Laws’ on jehadi terrorists. Muslims who oppose ‘Uniform Civil Code’ on grounds of Shariat should also accept ‘Shariat Laws’ for IPC and CrPC-related crimes. They should accept beheading, stoning to death, cutting of hands and legs and gouging out of eyes for the continuous terror attacks on India. He was speaking on the subject "Terror and Human Rights" at a lecture organised by Bharateeya Vichara Kendram (BVK) in Thiruvanantha- puram on January 19.
"Terrorism is a war against a legally constituted establishment, and acts of violence against people of the country in the name of Kashmir, Naga, Bodo, Mao, LTTE etc. do not deserve human rights. Fundamental Rights as enshrined in the Constitution are subject to restrictions, if they are threat to public law and morality. Similar is the case of religions. Articles 32 and 226 protect a citizen. It was on this ground that the Kerala High Court stayed the 50-million-dollar ‘Islamic Bank’, mooted by Gulf jehadis and CPM, on a PIL filed by me," said Dr Swamy.
"India is a demographically challenged nation because it is essentially a Hindu nation. Despite 800 years of Islamic and 200 years of Christian rule, 83 per cent of divided and 75 per cent of undivided India is Hindu. Osama and the jehadi network want to Islamise India. As part of this strategy, five lakh Kashmiri Pundits have been thrown out of the Valley to live in shanties of Delhi. Several cities like Mau, Meerut etc. are facing this situation. One-third of Bangladesh’s population is in India. All the terror groups like Mao, Bodo, Naga etc. are getting arms and money from jehadi terror nexus."
"The solution to this problem is a US-Israel-India axis to curb jehadi terrorism globally. Supply troops to the US in Afghanistan, make use of the Israeli deterrence to curb Islamic menace and demographically change Kashmir. Arm 40 lakh ex-servicemen and send them to Kashmir along with the five lakh Pundits. There will be a sea change. Take one third of the area of Bangladesh or send back the Bangladeshis,"Dr Swamy stated.
"Negotiations with terrorists will not take us anywhere. By negotiating for the release of 150 passengers in Kandahar, we let out Azhar Masood and two other terrorists, who formed LeT and Jaish-e-Mohammed, which are responsible for over 10,000 deaths including the 26/11 terror attack in Mumbai. Our security forces are not given a free hand. Government has no clarity of thoughts and courage of conviction. Despite daily red alerts, terror attacks take place. Determined soldiers who take on terrorists are humiliated by human rights organisations and government. The so-called human rights activists are commies in disguise.
China despite being a communist State is market driven and has ruthlessly cracked down on Islamic terrorists. Hundreds were shot down in China’s Muslim province. In Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia, Hindus are subject to humiliation. Turkey and Malaysia are following suit. Here in India, attackers of Parliament and Mumbai are treated as VIPs and fed with chicken biryani. Ajmal Kasab’s weight has gone up by five kgs."
Stating that the Hindus did not surrender to the Islamic and Christian tyranny. Dr Swamy said: "We resisted it with the help of Mauryas’, Rajputs’ and Vijaya Nagar empires and Marathas who were guided by saints like Chanakya, Samarth Ramdas and Sringeri Mutt. Unity of Hindus is a deterrence against terror and terrorism. Ayodhya united us. Now terror on Hindustan should unite us."
Concluding his speech Dr. Swamy said no anti-terrorist policy can succeed until moles in the establishment are weeded out. Terrorists have leverage on government, media and academia using money, sex and drug.
Earlier welcoming Dr. Swamy, Padma Shri P Parameswaran, Director of BVK, said that other than being Hindu, jehadis are targeting India, because it is friendly to US.
Dr KU Devadas, district president of BVK, welcomed Dr. Swamy.

This is reproduced here to put on records the warning being issued by Hindutva forces to the masses. After results, the making of new government will not be that easy for any group or alliance. These points will be handy for an assessment of the future government as well as of those who float these wild ideas.

Scoring Against Paganism: Untangling the Manderweb Krishen Kak
Five weeks after the burning of the Sabarmati Express coaches on 28 February 2002, senior IAS officer Harsh Mander resigned from service, claiming heartbreak over the subsequent riots. Mander, then on deputation with a foreign NGO, ActionAid, was promptly embedded in the organisation, and recruited into the sickening international campaign against Gujarat and India, cashing in on his so-called moral stature.
Krishen Kak, retd. IAS, took a dim view of Mander's actions and made a lengthy exposé of the man, which became a chapter in "NGOs Activists and Foreign Funds: Anti-Nation Industry," which he jointly edited with Radha Rajan. Now, with the Special Investigating Team reporting to the Supreme Court that the most sensational Gujarat riot cases were simply cooked up by the anti-Hindu brigade, Krishen Kak's prescience is amply vindicated.
Here is given the last concluding point of that chapter in detail.
12] The hijacking of hamara Hindustan
A tree will not flourish unless it is firmly rooted in fertile soil.
There can be no paganism without a land in which pagan culture and polity can freely flourish.
There can be no Hindus without a Hindustan.
The paganism that extended from Gandhara across Kashmir and Tibet right upto the East Asian coast, and down through Sri Lanka and Myanmar, has steadily shrunk till, in 1947, it lost major chunks in the subcontinent itself. Post-1947, under the Nehruvian secularism and democracy of which the Manderweb is part and that it propagates, we pagans have been eliminated from Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kashmir, and much of the northeast. We are seeing our elimination in Assam, Kerala, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar under a ‘secular’ and ‘democratic’ dispensation that is quite openly anti-pagan, that extends to ravening world-conquering religions in India advantages over the Hindu majority that neither Christians nor Muslims in the democracies where they are a majority, or where they rule (as in the Vatican State, or in any of the Islamic States), extend to Hindus within their domains.
Why do we accept this double standard?
Nehruvian secularists preach 'compassion, understanding and tolerance' to Hindus. But they dare not preach to Christian missionaries and Muslim mullahs a compassion, understanding and tolerance for the pagans. That would be to negate the very essence and history of these rapacious religious imperialisms.
Hindustan is the last major bastion of paganism. In their 2000 years, everywhere that the rapacious Abrahamic monotheisms have conquered, they have erased pre-existing faiths.
Nowhere, but nowhere, in the world where the exclusivisms have conquered have they allowed significant pagan populations to survive. Nowhere in the territories of these monotheisms is there a meaningful survival of any pre-monotheism, any paganism. There is not one significant exception to this worldwide historical fact.
We Hindus are the world's last pagans and our time has come now, as missionaries and mullahs daily remind us.
Nehruvian secularists forget a fundamental principle of human conduct called the golden rule of reciprocity. This rule goes back at least 5,000 years to our Mahabharat, it goes back to Confucianism, and it is divinely sanctioned for Judaism, Christianity and Islam, all of which acknowledge the Old Testament. Four times does the Old Testament sanctify as the lex talionis an application of this principle: Exodus 21.23-25; Leviticus 24.17-21; Deuteronomy 19.19; indeed, practised by their god himself - Judges 1.7, and by his followers in, for example, the Koranic kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Most Manderians are educated in elite English-medium institutions. They read Shakespeare. They should remember Shylock's speech in The Merchant of Venice, III.1.
If you prick us, do we not bleed? If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die? And if you wrong us, shall we not revenge? If we are like you in the rest, we will resemble you in that. If a Jew wrong a Christian, what is his humility? Revenge. If a Christian wrong a Jew, what should his sufferance be by Christian example? Why, revenge? The villainy you teach me, I will execute, and it shall go hard but I will better the instruction.
For 1,000 or so years in our land our paganism has been at the receiving end of preying monotheisms. What have they taught us pagans except their villainy? And, after Independence, even with us pagans a numerical majority, Nehruvian secularism twists us under minorityism, our democracy being used as an instrument to appease these monotheisms, the numerical pagan majority being held hostage to a numerical minority.
B.R. Ambedkar himself 'did not believe our Constitution was secular because it allowed different treatment to various communities and the legislatures could frame separate laws for different communities.' A half-century later we see the result: a growing class of 'minority' super citizens, and one of them a super prime minister. What are these monotheisms still teaching us if not their villainy? They have taken every advantage of the pagan 'compassion, understanding and tolerance' to undermine it. They are as Duryodhana to the Pandavas - not as much land as will cover the tip of a needle do they want to leave us.
So why should we not better their instruction? Remember that the Pandavas regained their kingdom, their homeland, their honour, only after they remembered the golden rule of reciprocity.
When these monotheisms, our so-called 'minorities', identify themselves as part of world-dominating movements, prevalent and spreading in lands across the globe, then it is the paganism in India that needs to be protected as a 'minority', because now paganism survives nowhere else in the world, being destroyed everywhere else by our so-called 'minority' religions. When eradicated from India, where will we pagans find a homeland? It is the paganism that is the real 'religious' minority in India.
Why have we pagans forgotten the lesson Krishna taught our ancestors?
It is clear that shrewd anti-Hindu foreign sponsors recognize in Mander a heartless and highly-skilled manipulator ready to use a web of contacts for his own self-promotion and monetary gain. He is their willing stooge to deny the numerical majority our pagan rights in India, to dismember our pagan polity, and to enable our conquest - and consequent extinction - by the aggrandising Abrahamic monotheisms. Manderians are Judases. For today's equivalent of 30 pieces of silver, they sell us to those whose avowed aim is to destroy us.
'I am the LORD thy God .Thou shalt have no other gods before me.for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God..' (Exodus 20.2,3,5)
'La ilaha il Allah, Muhammad-ur-Rasool-Allah' ('None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah'-Al-Shahada)
These beliefs are the very foundations of their respective faiths. They are commandments. True believers must subscribe, are required to accept the one that is the very basis of their religion. There can be no compromise, and historically the religion ultimately has shown none.
Three quotations are relevant to the exclusivisms. Marx had said, 'We are ruthless and ask for no quarter from you. When our turn comes, we shall not disguise our terrorism'. Churchill said, 'An appeaser is one who keeps feeding a crocodile in the hope it will eat him last'. And George Santayana said, 'Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it'.
Nehruvian secularists are appeasers. The exclusivisms are terrorists, are crocodiles. They practise neither compassion for nor understanding nor tolerance of pagans. They have never done so. They terrorize, they gobble up pagans. This is the lesson of the past.
The homeland of my progenitors has already been cannibalised by Islam.
The homeland of my dharma is under terror from a missionary-mullah-marxist nexus.
'Hindustan hamara,' claims the anti-pagan Harsh Mander for these his webmasters.
Let those, like Mander, who are ashamed of being Hindustani, emigrate to the lands of the monotheisms. To those lands of 'compassion, understanding and tolerance' let them freely go. Like Pakistan. Bangladesh. Or even America.
Hindustan hamara hai.
We pagans want our homeland back.

Secularism in India... the pseudo kind of...
(Since 2000, the author is taking part in several social service activities supporting education of the underprivileged people, veda patasalas, etc. Presently, he is actively working toward the revival of Hindu consciousness among the Hindus in India. Unlike in the past, he does not feel guilty of being a Hindu.)
It has become fashionable to use the word "Secularism" these days. But the reality is that it is the most abused word. Several people mean and interpret this word differently causing confusion.
India has been a pluralistic society. We used to be proud of being unified as one country with different cultures and religions coexisting peacefully with harmony. In other words, India used to be one of the most secular countries where every religion offerred mutual respect for each other.{ NEVER A MUSLIM OR MUSLIMS NEVER BELIEVE IN CO EXISTANCE }
This situation prevailed till the recent past. In recent times religion began to be used as a tool by politicians to divide people. Political interference in religious matters is usual, if not frequent. But, of late, the Indian Government intervenes in religious matters mostly in favour of minority religions and in many other cases against the Hindu Religion. It is worth considering a few such cases:
1. Monority Appeasement:
Many Muslims in India travel to Mecca (Haj) on an annual yatraa. The Government subsidises the travel expenses of those tourists through a program called Haj subsidy, even though the Supreme Court has disapproved this subsidy. The Christian Church recently claimed a similar subsidy for travel to Jerusalem and the Government agreed and sanctioned it. Both subsidies are spent from the exchequer. At the same time, the money donated by Hindus in temples goes straight to the exchequer. Recent reports show that only 20% of those funds are used for temple support and the rest siphoned off.
One case that can convincingly establish Islam"s winch like hold on the government is that of the blast of the Parliament House in New Delhi. Here, the militant(s) were captured, accused, prosecuted, and proved guilty by the Supreme Court. The punishment of hanging was handed out even after an appeal by the convicted Afzal Guru was denied by the Supreme Court. Then a mercy petition was filed with the President of India by the accused, which was to be settled in six months. It has now been years and the Supreme Court"s order for execution has yet to see the light of day. By not tackling the issue firmly, the Government has not only demonstrated an extreme case of minority appeasement, but also has surrendered the country"s sovereignty to ISLAMIC terrorists!
2. Opening of Educational Institutions:
Minority groups do not require any special permission from the Government when they want to open educational institutions, with or without government grants. They are allowed to reserve 50% of the seats for their religious group, without any quota restrictions. On the contrary, Hindus are not allowed to open educational institutions (with or without grant) without specific approval from the Government. No autonomous reservation is allowed. The entire admission process is subject to the Government quota system! Many Hindu citizens do not know this undemocratic system.
3. Exemptions to Educational Trusts:
Whenever any educational Trusts of Minority Religions applied for Income Tax exemptions under section 80 G of the I.T. Act, the Government freely obliged their request. On the contrary such requests by Hindu institutions like Ved Pathashaalas are denied on grounds that it is communal! Requests are approved, only if they are devoid of "objectionable" words like "Hindu", "Veds", etc. So, such applications are filled with sugar-coated words such as Indian Heritage Studies, Ancient Indian Culture Studies, etc. It is needless to say that "Contacts" with "Higher-ups" is always sought for to avoid undue delays in approval of such requests from Hindu aspirants.
4. Demolition of HINDUU - Religious Places, or seizing land belonging to HINDUU - religious institutions:
Illegal construction of property is quite common in India. Normally, illegal constructions are those erected in lands belonging to the Government or those carried out without proper authorization, or those that are not conducive to public law and order. Minority religions consider it a sacrilege if mosques or churches are demolished, even if done on legal or technical grounds. So such illegal construction remains untouched. In some instances, many pending court cases are permanently delayed or stopped. On the other hand, the Government demolishes Hindu Temples without consulting management and even before the courts intervene!
For instance, the Delhi Metro Rail Project was taken up about 10 years back. The original project was opposed by Muslims on the grounds that the frequent vibrations would affect the structure of Jumma Masjid. Hence the project had to be modified involving a delay of over three years besides increased expenses of hundreds of crores of rupees. Similarly, the new Calcutta International Airport has been awaiting inauguration for five years on the grounds that a mosque obstructing its runway is not allowed to be demolished by the Islamic clergy.
But the Government does not consider Hindu sentiments as equally sacred. For instance, recently (October 2008) in Hyderabad, a temple was demolished for widening a road. Only after the people went to the streets did the ruling party promise reconstruction.
In another instance, the Andhra Pradesh Government took over the lands belonging to Tirupathi Devasthanam under the pretext of acquiring the land for construction of houses, a project headed by a Christist Chief Minister and widely supported by Christian organizations. It took a nationwide protest and public litigation before the AP High Court questioned why Church or Mosque lands could not be used for this purpose. Needless to say, the AP Government put the project in cold storage.
5. Political interference in Temples and places of religious importance:
While Christian & Islamic places of worship are out of the bounds of the Indian Government, Hindu Temples continue to be under the management of HRCE (Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, a state department in many states). Furthermore, efforts continue by the government to gain control of autonomous Hindu temples and mutts. For example, the Kerala Communist Government brought out a law to take over the Guruvayur HINDUU temple. Even though this attempt was unsuccessful, the government is manipulating to amend the rules in Devaswom (Board of the Guruvayur temple) to try to induct politicians in the Board. The eventual goal is to loot the HINDUU temples that are flush with funds, like Guruvayurappan HINDUU Temple, Ayyappan HINDUU Temple at Sabari Malai, and Ananta Padmanatha Swamy HINDUU Temple in Tiruvanantapuram.
The Tamil Nadu Government has made a concerted effort to take over the Chidambaram Nataraja HINDUU temple affairs under the pretext of smoothing out "differences" between Vaishnavite and Saivite traditions. The government has since taken control of the temple. The Hinduus have filed a case in the High Court. The case is pending. Needless to say the government control will continue till the judgement from the High Court is delivered.
The demolition of Raam-Setu (bridge) is too recent to forget. In this case, the Government went to the extent of giving two false affidavits and got roughed up by the Supreme Court for its callousness. The Hinduu Dharm Acharyaa Sabhaa has supported a nationwide agitation by the Hinduus to protest the demolition.
6. Hinduu Terror!
As per reports, during the past 4.5 years of UPA rule, there had been 78 ISLAMIC terrorist attacks. All of them were by Islamic organizations. Not even once did the Government use the word Islamic Terror. Yet, recently, after the attacks at Melagaon in Maharashtra, the congress Government tried to fabricate a motive by a Hinduu monk and military officer. Accusations abounded but there were no prosecutions. The government hastily coined the phrase "Hinduu Terror" and the media were only too happy to borrow this phrase. Clearly this means Hinduus can be taken for granted and their sentiments are worth nothing.
7. Proselytization:
While the Indian Constitution provides for freedom of practicing one"s religion, minority religions MUSLIMS and CHRISTIANS continue to consider this as a license to proselytize the poor people through monetary and other inducements.
This practice was going on for a long time in Orissa { SELLINGS OF ORISSA SHOULD BE ORISAA NOT ORISSA } and all over INDIA. One Hinduu saint, Swamy Lakshmananand was rendering yeoman service to tribal villagers in Orissa by providing them free education, food and clothing. His service attracted people so much that even those recently converted to Christianity chose to convert back to Hinduism. This angered Christian missionaries who are known to have hired killers and had Swamiji and four other aashram inmates including a woman monk assassinated. Missionaries claimed that Maoists carried out the murders. All culprits have since been identified but they roam free in the streets of Orissa. No marks for guessing the reason!
To sum it all up, the Indian Government, starting from secularism has steadily gone towards Minority appeasement. Finally, it appears to have settled in an anti-Hinduu drive. The future of 85% of the population of India (Hinduus) is bleak unless the present Government is replaced by a truly secular government. Will the majority wake up now at least?

Former President A P J Abdul Kalam Has Said...
Political parties must place the nation above everything else and nominate people who can "work and succeed with integrity" in the elections.
"All the political parties should keep in their mind ... that the nation is bigger than the party or any individual,"
When they nominate members they must keep a motto they should select people who work with integrity and succeed with integrity, not those with a criminal background.
Candidates usually do not know what they want to do and even do not have much idea about their own constituencies.
It hampers India's progress if the candidates don't know more about the constituency.
Nation is bigger than the party. First and foremost, all the parties should consider nation bigger than party. They should work for the development of the country.
But it is a pity that they have a vision (only about) how to grow the party.
The candidates or lawmakers should update themselves with details about their constituencies like the per-capita income of the area, literacy level, number of water bodies, core competence of the seat and the infant mortality rate.
This is real politics. I call this developmental politics. Politics parties should get to know from the to-be-elected members what they will do for their constituencies.
If all these happen, then we are decentralising everything. If the MP knows all details about his area, he can shout in the parliament and ask for more funds and so on.
Varun Gandhi's hate speech should not frighten us as hate element has been used since the days of epic.
Such tactics can be countered by education and empowerment of people. What we need is education and empowerment. You educate people and they will know what is right and wrong. We should give an all out effort for creating a "youth movement".
People have to decide what is wrong and what is right. After all, vote is with them. So, we must remove ignorance and increase education and empowerment. The lower the poverty, the difference in the society can be reduced. Nobody can be taken for a ride. People will start thinking if they are educated.
